Hey, I want one of those. Picked up this video on how this guy makes the Daft Punk helmets at home. This is a very talented guy with a lot of time on his hands. The video runs in fast forward mode through the 17 months that it took to put the helmets together. At the end of the video you can’t help but want to buy one. I think it would save you a lot of time.

Speaking of Daft Punk, they are finishing up the score for the highly anticipated Tron: Legacy film due out in December 2010. The Tron: Legacy, website reported that the duo grew up as fans of the 80’s film and are producing the score, “with extraordinary thought and precision.” You can check out samples of the scores on the official Tron: Legacy website. Here is an early Ice Cube hit that I felt like posting. The sun was shining, the breeze was blowing and the customers were great as always. It was a good day at Radio Futura today. Hope you all had a good day too. By the way Ice Cube is headlining this years Paid Dues Music Festival. Check out the earlier posts regarding the line-up. Now just sit back and enjoy the tune. So I got a chance to listen to the latest Eyedea and Abilities, album “By The Throat.” I have to say it was a breath of fresh air. Some of Eyedea and Abilities’ most innovative work. Rhymesayers described the album best as, “biting guitars, fuzzy keyboards, melodic choruses, and some of their most intricate turntable work to date.” The lyrics are like mind candy, flowing to a grungy guitar riff over a smooth beat. You might be conflicted to believe it is hip hop, but you won’t be able to help from wanting to bob your head. Big-ups to Eyedea and Abilities.
